I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person by deleting or replacing incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

GLOBAL GENETIC SOLUTIONS LIMITED (5488445) – the following documents were incorrect. Particulars of company address notifying changes to registered addresses (all 24 April 2019) and particulars of shareholding recording Animal Breeding Services (2007) Limited as shareholder in place of C. I. McKimmie (Application by Tompkins Wake Solicitors). Rectification will return C. I. McKimmie as shareholder.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 28 June 2019, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
