Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that BOOSTER FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED and PAGADA LIMITED, being the amalgamating companies, propose to amalgamate on 30 April 2019. The amalgamated (continuing) company will be BOOSTER FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours. A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.

The Registered Office for Both Amalgamating Companies is: Level 19, Aon Centre, 1 Willis Street, Wellington 6011.
