Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to be held on 1 March 2019 at 10.30am at the Novotel Auckland Ellerslie, 72–112 Greenlane East, Ellerslie, Auckland.

Agenda

1. Discussion of affairs of the company including the liquidator’s first report;
2. to confirm the appointment of the liquidator; or
3. that Grant Bruce Reynolds be appointed liquidator in place of Kevin John Davies;
4. whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and select the members.
