Notice of a Watershed Meeting of the Creditors

Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, was appointed administrator of OCEANIA NATURAL LIMITED pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 6 May 2019 at 4.30pm.

The watershed meeting of creditors of the company will be held at 22 Prosser Street, Elsdon, Porirua, Wellington, on 18 June 2019 at 3.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrator;
2. To determine:
   1. Whether to execute a deed of company arrangement;
   2. whether to bring the administration to an end; or
   3. whether the company should be placed into liquidation
