Easement: Right of way described as such and coloured yellow in Conveyance 9815 (8/152) over part Section 39 District of Opawa comprised in Deeds Index Volume 2 Folio 154 (being land conveyed to John Robert Wilson Cook and Alexander George Davidson in Conveyance 6862 (5/C30) registered on 9 December 1878) appurtenant to part Lot 2 LT 531625 comprised in Record of Title MB37/81 created by Conveyance 9815 (8/152) registered on 17 April 1885.

Circumstances: The benefited land will become physically separated from the burdened land as a result of the partial surrender of easement 11388317.3 produced on 3 May 2019.
