Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. Pursuant to section 114, the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Hastings District Council;
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule is stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 799915 subject to Mortgage 10908397.9; and
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule is stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 799912 subject to Mortgage 11398139.2

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
