Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 759760, subject to Mortgage 9068512.7, Variation of Mortgage 9626608.2 and Mortgage 10747958.1;
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 52(4), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in Tauranga City Council and set apart as local purpose (drainage) reserve;
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 118(1)(a), declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in Tauranga City Council as local purpose (esplanade) reserve;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
