Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State Highway, and is vested in the Crown; and
2. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to remain road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State Highway, and vests in the Crown; and
3. Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (mass planting and noise control), and remain vested in the Crown; and
4. Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be vested in the Crown for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip);

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
