Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992

Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 9 December 2019.

1. This notice shall be read together with Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act Notice 2008—Appointment of a Director of Area Mental Health Services ("principal notice") (New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, No. 143, page 3909).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Hawke’s Bay District Health Board”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Dr Simon Nicholas Shaw, psychiatrist, of Hastings”,
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Dr Greg Young, consultant psychiatrist, of Napier”.
