Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 13 November 2019 we were appointed joint and several receivers of specific assets and undertaking of the above-named company, pursuant to a general security agreement dated 23 September 2011.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: Specific assets and undertaking of the company.
