Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above company on 2 October 2019, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 2 July 2014, in favour of the secured party for securing advances and other secured party accommodation made or to be made to the company by the secured party with interest and other moneys.

Office of the Receivers is: C/- BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
