Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above company on 2 April 2019 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 5 May 2018.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired property.

Office of the Receivers is: C/- BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3144.
