Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kim Scott Thompson were appointed as receivers of the above company on 22 March 2019 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 22 September 2017, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.

The Office of the Receivers is: C/- Rodewald Consulting Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3144.
