Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 December 2019 at the times stated below:

• BOP INSULATION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.00am
• ELITE CLEANING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.08am

We fix 31 January 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
