Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 26 November 2019 at 10.00am it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SELECT TOURS NZ (2017) LIMITED be liquidated and that Keith Mawdsley and Kevyn Botes, of i–Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 15 January 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
