Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Simon Paul Rogan, chartered accountant of Auckland, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company. The liquidation commenced on 22 November 2019 at 10.09am.

The undersigned does hereby fix 20 December 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to the distribution.
