Notice is hereby given that on 19 November 2019 at 1.20pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that SCOTTPROP LIMITED be liquidated and that Kirk Richardson, insolvency practitioner of Commercial Business Services Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 20 December 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
