Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

On 19 November 2019 at 10.00am and 10.12am respectively, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder that OTAHUHU SUPERDISCOUNTERS LIMITED and MANGERE BRIDGE SUPERMARKET LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price is appointed for that purpose.

Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 23 December 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Explanation: The liquidation of each company reflects the desire of the director and shareholder to finalise the affairs of the companies in an orderly manner as they have each completed the purpose for which they were established and have ceased to trade.
