Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 1 October 2019 at 10.48am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 15 November 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
