I intend to rectify the New Zealand register of companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company, as noted below:

VILLAGE AT THE PARK LIFECARE LIMITED (1223892) – the constitution (registered 13 October 2017) related to another company (application by L. Stoneley). The correct constitution will be substituted.
