Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 353(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that VITAL FOOD PROCESSORS LIMITED intends to apply under section 351 of the Act to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

The company will apply to the Registrar to remove the company from the New Zealand Register not earlier than 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
