Notice of Intention to Transfer Registration of Company to Other Jurisdiction

In accordance with section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, FELIX NOMINEES LIMITED (CRN: 1968467) and ROCKET ESPRESSO LIMITED (CRN: 1968765) gave public notice on 10 April 2018 that the said companies propose to amalgamate on 14 May 2018. The amalgamated company will be ROCKET ESPRESSO LIMITED (CRN: 1968765).

Pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 ROCKET ESPRESSO LIMITED (CRN: 1968765) hereby gives notice that it intends after 8 June 2018 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date this notice is published) to apply under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993 to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Milan, Italy.
