Notice of Proposed Joint First Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993

We, Jeffrey Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, administrators of Meltzer Mason, were appointed joint and several administrators of the above-named companies by a secured creditor pursuant to section 239K on 22 November 2017. The administration commenced on that date.
The companies are related companies in terms of the Companies Act 1993. Accordingly, it is the intention of the administrators to hold a joint meeting of the creditors of PREET & CO REAL ESTATE LIMITED and PREET & CO RENTALS LIMITED .
Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the companies will be held on Wednesday 17 January 2018 at 10.30am at Auckland Novotel Ellerslie, Rimu 1 72–112 Green Lane East, Ellerslie, Auckland.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
- whether to appoint a committee of creditors and, if so, who are to be the committee’s members; and
- to decide whether to replace the administrators.
Creditors may object to a joint meeting of the companies by sending a written notice of objection to the administrators at the addresses noted below, provided such notice is received by the administrators no later than 5.00pm on 15 January 2018.
If a creditor does not object to the meeting in accordance with this notice of meeting by the stipulated time, it will be taken to have agreed to the joint meeting.
