Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) Land Transfer Act 1952, by Richard James Burrell to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under Lease 10235572.1 of the land in Computer Freehold Register WN26B/793 of which the lessor is Land Innovation (No. 1) Limited and the lessee is Wellington Investments Limited.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application number 11092646.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on the 7 December 2018.
