Easement: Right of way marked “A” and “B” on DP 507578 over Lot 2 DP 507578 contained in Computer Freehold Register 771484 (servient tenement) appurtenant to Lots 2–3 and 5 DP 11272 contained in Computer Freehold Registers HBB4/1107, HBB4/1340 and HBB4/1151 (dominant tenements) created by Deed of Easement 2997 registered on 27 September 1937.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 11272.
