Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 20(1) and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for drainage purposes and vested in the Hastings District Council; and
- Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares that a right to convey sewage easement in gross described in the Third Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land of Craig Bruce Hogg and Daryl Jan Hogg (“Grantors”) described in the Second Schedule to this notice upon the terms and conditions set out in the Fourth Schedule to this notice and shall vest in the Hastings District Council (“Grantee”) in gross
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Third Schedule
Easement to be Acquired
A right to convey sewage easement in gross over that part of Section 2 SO 526930 marked “A” on SO Plan 526930 (The Easement).
Fourth Schedule
Rights and Powers
The Easement shall contain the rights and powers implied into such easements as set out in the Fourth Schedule to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002.
