Gazette.govt.nzUnder the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Blenheim, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Royal New Zealand Plunket Trust to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further appoints the Marlborough District Council to control and manage the said reserve as a local purpose reserve; and hereby changes the purpose of the reserve from a local purpose (site for Plunket rooms) reserve to a local purpose (amenity and carpark) reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
