On 26 October 2018, pursuant to section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 9 November 2018 at 5.00pm.
