Notice of Receiver Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Tony Leonard Maginness and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, advise that the receivership has ended and that we ceased to act on 31 May 2018.

As the company is in liquidation, control has reverted to the liquidator.
