Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of NEW VISION OFFICE PRODUCTS LIMITED (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239K of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 February 2018.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Unit 12, 28–30 Moselle Avenue, Henderson, on 12 March 2018 commencing at 10.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
3. receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position; and
4. submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
