In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 10293708.3 (North Auckland Registry) (“Mortgage”), FM CUSTODIANS LIMITED as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that:

1. Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Auckland in proceeding CIV-2017-404-1252, on 30 October 2017 the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged property located at 176 McLeod Road, Te Atatu South, Auckland, legally described as Lot 2, 4 Deposited Plan 402518, contained in Certificate of Title 408297; and
2. Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Auckland in proceeding CIV-2017-404-1252, on 30 November 2017 the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged property located at 246B Big Bay Road, Waiuku, legally described as Lot 1 Deposited Plan 33422, contained in Certificate of Title NA868/268.
