Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 255(2)(a)

On 24 November 2017, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that F G CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that Michael Edwin Kooiman, business consultant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 24 November 2017 at 10.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that I fix 30 January 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish priority in respect of their claims, pursuant to section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claim is received or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
