Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators of FIRST LIGHT MUSHROOM COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the resolution of the shareholder on 4 October 2017 at 8.00pm.

9 November 2017 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
