Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FOUNDATION FARMS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 February 2017 at 10.45am.

We fix 3 March 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
