Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The above-named solvent companies were placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders on 19 December 2016 at 12.00pm on the basis that the reasons for their incorporation have now passed.

Gareth Russel Hoole and Wade Steven Glass, Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 27 January 2017 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
