Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 4 August 2017, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that FRESHHOUSE LIMITED be liquidated and that Tarsha Marie Hazleman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
