Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were appointed administrators of RENAISSANCE BREWING LIMITED, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 October 2017 at 1.00pm.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of Renaissance Brewing, 24 Herbert Street, Blenheim, on Thursday 19 October 2017 commencing at 12.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator.
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
3. Receive and consider the director’s statements.
