I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on the application of the liquidators of the following company by deleting incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

DRL TRUSTEES LIMITED (1214518) – G. Falloon was appointed liquidator outside the 10 working day limit of section 241AA(2) of the Act of application being filed for appointment of liquidators by the High Court and the notice of his appointment is to be removed – 15 April 2016; notice of G. Falloon’s vacation as liquidator is also to be removed – 29 April 2016.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 17 June 2016 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
