Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

WILSON & HORTON FINANCE PTY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of Australia and registered in New Zealand with effect from 20 November 2008 as an overseas company under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), hereby gives notice in accordance with section 341(1)(a) of the Act of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on a date no earlier than 8 October 2016.
