Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of DENNISON LINEHAUL 2003 LIMITED (in receivership) on 16 December 2015 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 9 January 2013, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in future.

Office of the Receivers and Managers is: C/o Rodewald Consulting Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3144.
