Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, insolvency practitioners of Chapman Atkins Limited, Level 20, PwC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010, hereby give notice that on 25 January 2016 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of specified property of FLEETBUILD LIMITED and ESKDALE FREIGHT LIMITED under the powers contained in instruments each dated 12 March 2015.
