Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 6 July 2016 at 11.03am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
