Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RICCARTON HOSPITALITY 2007 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 June 2016 at 8.00am.

We fix 21 July 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
