Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were appointed administrators of the above-named companies, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 January 2016 at 4.00pm.

The first meeting of creditors of the companies will be held at the offices of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, Auckland Conference Centre, Carlaw 1, Ground Floor, 12–16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland, on Thursday 4 February 2016 commencing at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. decide whether to replace the administrators;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
3. receive and consider the director’s statements.
