Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

The above-named company was placed into voluntary administration with effect from 10.00am on 22 July 2016 by written resolution of the board of the company.

Stewart William Free and Andrew John Spring, of Jirsch Sutherland, were appointed as administrators pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors will be held on 3 August 2016 at 1.00pm at the Goodman Fielder Room, Aotea Centre, 50 Mayoral Drive, Auckland.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of deciding:

1. whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
