Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), of the intention to remove the company from the Overseas Register on the grounds that the above-named company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Unless written objection to such removal is received by 19 May 2015, pursuant to section 321(1) of the Act, the Registrar may remove the company from the Overseas Register.
