Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

I, Melissa Clark-Reynolds, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of MINIMONOS LIMITED from the Overseas Register on the grounds that this company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar by 24 October 2015 (being a date not less than three months from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
