Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that A.P. MOLLER-MAERSK A/S, a company incorporated in Denmark, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.

This will not affect the business of other Maersk entities operating in New Zealand.
