Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Barry Jordan and David Vance, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the above-named company on the date and time below:

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed 30 October 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
