Pursuant to section 10(2) of the Subantarctic Islands Marine Reserves Act 2014, the Minister of Conservation gives notice that the official geographic name of the marine reserve comprising Section 1 on SO 442747 is Moutere Mahue / Antipodes Island Marine Reserve, with effect on
and from 2 March 2014, in accordance with sections 5(2) and 10(1) of that Act.
